Terms of Service

1. The service

SakerCRM is a CRM that helps businesses capture social-ad leads and manage follow-up, visits, quotes, and deals. We may improve or change features over time. Some features rely on third-party platforms you connect.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be a business user aged 18 or over and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account, your users, and keeping login credentials secure.

3. Plans, pricing and billing

Paid plans are priced in AED per seat per month (CRM Pro AED 20, CRM Business AED 75), with a 30-day free trial and a 20% annual discount. AI features use monthly AI credits with paid top-ups. WhatsApp messaging is billed by Meta at cost plus a connector fee. A one-time online setup & onboarding fee (from AED 2,500) applies to that service. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) and are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service unlawfully, to send spam or messages without a lawful basis or consent, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. You must comply with the rules of any platform you connect (e.g. WhatsApp, Meta, TikTok, Google).

5. Your data and ownership

You own the lead and customer data you put into SakerCRM. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to collect and contact those leads. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party services

The service integrates with third parties such as Meta/WhatsApp, ad platforms, and AI providers. Your use of those is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, or actions.

7. Intellectual property

The SakerCRM software, brand, and content are owned by us and our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active.

8. Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Term, termination and governing law

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai. We may update these Terms and will post the new date above.
